Willem Vanpelt, 19, of Wilton was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 3 after an investigation revealed that he followed and harassed a juvenile female in June 2019, Wilton Police say.
Vanpelt was charged with second-degree stalking and first-degree criminal trespassing. He was released on a promise to appear and is scheduled to return to Norwalk Superior Court on Friday, Oct. 11.
